On line Mode (Fixed)

Im not quite sure if its just on my end, But when I try and log in to play I get an error message that in a nut shell its in "Online Mode" I've been on this server for years and been playing minecraft its self for a while now but i have no idea what this means. Help ? i put the error message below.
